Halfway through his first solar flight
Icarus canceled his return trip
giving Brueghal  and W H Auden verbal visuals
Challenger failed.Terror regimes pass
yet right now i am holding my breath in Cairo
and Burma,Iran and Yemen ,Sudan and Tunisia
for we are half air-in breath,suspended until
wings of love and peace allow the gentle to live
At present they are under house arrest,detained indefinitely,
awaiting a mythical return to democracy
while i write poetry to freedom-they are putting lives on each line
and i want all of us to survive-no thuggery ,no infiltrators,agitators
who think that peace is a victim.We are all winged-hawks,doves,pigeons,eagles
We all sing freedom.To defer to tyrants or delayed elections
is to deny full flight freedom.We are not puppets
We are sitting here until evil leaves
Peace can sit with us.We are everywhere.Everyone.
