Issues dumbed down for numbed down folk
until we text more than we speak to one another
Laptop dancers fill coffee shops (with earphones on)
Farmers use illegal migrants for crops,then call the INS
Language corrupted into TV meal choices"paper?-or plastic?"
Nostalgia breeds Tea Parties.We need to listen more than speak
Until DEMOCRACY becomes a verb,and we the people-citizens again
never more strip searched at airports,nor jailed for protesting.
