i do not buy tickets in Lotteries
and watch as others discard their losses-
bottles,cans,alcohol
stoners begging rides
cigarette butts outside my store
last of (self-appointed )outlaws
i like to watch from a long distance
i am in for the long haul
some leave,grieve,conceive fantasies of fatalism
some play pretend-in their eyes,they are the victim
some play games ,quite unaware/someone is always watching
some leave before the game has even been opened
i will be around for a long time
i eat stories,emotions,responses,rhymes
digest what is palatable and nutritious
leave the rest for bottom feeders
it does not matter what opinion says
what happens often has no script
and if we are improvising this
what happens next is obvious...
