EU posits States Rights,US corporate rights
Only people have rights.Identity means more than a legal fiction
Ask every refugee(economic or otherwise)seeking right to work status
Immigration welcoming is an index of economic health and rationality
"Functional and systematic imperatives collide"when sovereignty is violated
and the rights,obligations and privileges of citizenship are reliant upon marketry wizardry
Leaders change in Italy,Spain,Portugal-but not because of people power
Live stream OCCUPY movements engage in continuing conversations
Their lack of leaders and specific demands is horizontal democracy
Each city decides which actions,tactics and strategies are appropriate
And the validity of those ideas is contested in continuous meetings
OCCUPY occupies space in temporal time and attention
comes via media focus upon abuse and conflict and violence
rather than the issues of economic malalignment
1% versus the 99% means more than a slogan
it is the real reason governments are falling like dollars
and both EU and US regard the economy means more than elections
