with his teardrops watering it eternally
you can have the ground you have walked upon
where you family's family have lived until violent eviction
you can have your family home back
your right of return is assured
the good earth welcomes you back
you can sit in peace with your family and friends
and never fear bombs and guns and politics
you can write poems of petition and great beauty
you can praise the ways of peace and harmony
you can bright smile with integrity
your father smiles from eternity
he can connect to the land of his fathers
validating his life as poet,journalist
all is golden in Palestine November 2011
