Diplomacy need not have a gunboat nor bomb
One can trade with one's enemies as perceived allies
Both parties can get what they feel they want
Third World yields resources ,feeds us oil
If they object,we wage wars on them
Libya may have been liberated
It is now subject to economic occupation
Iraq,too now pays for weapons
Iran such a rich trading partner
The bomb will not be dropped on Persia
while sales of oil keep allies on hand
When Chavez proved uncooperative
talk was of coup /like killing Castro
Remember South America's tinpot dictators?
They were supported by AT&T
We are all connected/by trade and by treaty
No one can afford more civilian casualties
unless they dictate all terms and conditions
