it fills up space
and time,and vacuums
it stretches between points
and creates distance
it will outlive and outlast all of us
so i would rather have something
than nothing-i would settle for less
so long as something exists-dreams,love,poetry,Muse
these bridge us through the abyss when nothing else works
art is life and virtue is verse
and it is always more
than nothing
