beyond

beyond our world-many more!
stars,comets,meteors,constellations,galaxies
so many we do not have names for them as yet
we give them numbers(and they are running out!
we know we are small actors on a moving stage
we learn our lines from earlier explorers-
cosmonauts,astronauts,spirit wind flyers,winged elders
all of whom have fallen as ash to earth /buried as bones
or flashed out into darkness to become smaller particles
Laws say matter stays with us(like energy)
Laws last only for our limited jurisdiction-
gravity becomes free floating in space flight
other planets have different ways of doing things
mostly we are too limited for their heat or cold
mostly we send robots to scout them out
for signs of water or previous inhabitants
We have yet to learn their dark matter
We need to learn their signals and their languages
They do not feel a need to come to this small blue planet
They have their own reasons,orbits,histories,mythologies,heroes,destinations
Maybe we should start learning what they are?
