my friend is a storyteller
he came to Austin with his mates
wrote about it in his book
which showed the influence music had upon his life
i share what i love with my friends
so i gave the book to Deb Akers
she LOVED it-read and re-read it
then i said-"he has written a stronger,better book-
it is deep and dark (about the death of his daughter.."
Deb wanted that book so i asked my friend
who promised to send a copy
The book arrived a few days after Deb died.
I gave it to her husband in trust it might assuage his grief
As yet ,he has not read it
Both of us would prefer those close to us alive
rather than having to read about them in a book...
