cold as a promise not kept
our little Texas style
winter is mild/as allergies
sneeze and it is gone
in comes Green Spring
yet for now(tonight
round hole in black sky
through which we move-
moon.
fool as a drunk
splashing cars
with borrowed light
and owl wise
if i could be that distant
i could fly
