To lower home values compounds dilemmas.What is to be done?
Some would say Big Banks are the problem-giving easy mortgages then foreclosing
Some would suggest Co-operatives and Credit unions(small is beautiful/community is best)
Status quo fails the junk test.Economies of scale now need chickens to come home to roost
