fresh as life,tasty as happiness.So i go
on a pilgrimage for my belly shakra-
for did not Buddha get a belly from ingestion of comestibles?
Alas!Hassan the Jordanian rock bun cooking genius
is leaving-he has ceased production.No rock buns!
So i petition him-he who is on a deadline
to Jordanian medical treatment for cancer
Interrogate him as to his rockbun activities
offer to buy his stock.He relents.Goes to the bank
and then makes a perfect set of rock buns.His last in Austin.
His cancer may be cured in Jordan by the time you hear this poem
It may not.His art of cooking English food may be his only memorial.
This adds a certain spice-a fragrance-a zest-a poignancy
