ZEN TALES OF A MORBID PREACHER

ONCE UPON A TIME there were 60,000 Rumis
but they were lodged in Farsee/only one day
a Robert Bly stumbled upon gold translations
and sang them in to American.

ARTHUR WALEY took Chinese poetry
back 800 years/distilling all meditations
so we only heard the English

IDRIES SHAH took Mullah Nashrudin to Voltaire
Midwifed with Good Soldier Schweik and Yossarian

The first time i saw a mountain i was afraid
The first time i saw ocean same
The first time i committed to waves
i felt at home again

It is not an ill wind-not even illness
bad things are happening to good people
Are we accomplices?

i find your face on FACEBOOK
you left us time ago.You still look so alive
i send you this email.

How precious you are.How unique.
Sing! Speak!

ONCE there was this rainforest/waterfall/river/spring
until fracking.
