They mirror mainstream media only in their self-selecting themes and topics
They potentially allow diverse new hats to be thrown in to the arena
even when the old hats are still fighting bulls....
Fresh voices are often co-opted by media outlets to supplement existing matadors
Red flags go up when a style or topic disturbs the bull market
Rodeo clowns are allowed-light reading as preliminary bouts
When the main event begins,it is the old bulls are trotted out-
Papal Bulls with Imprimatur,not the red meat of argument
Fresh voices are often assumed to be rare,not well done
Old bulls may be burned out and lingering on reputation
When the editing starts,the audience asks for those familiar to them
Does such selection manufacture consent?
Or are vegetarian ideas @a bullfight like Ron Paul and the Federal Reserve?
This is why no third party survives the third rail of politics
Orthodoxy excludes contradictions.Noam Chomsky will always be an outsider
Ideas are marketed like bull fights.Ghandi need not apply.
This is why both Malcolm X and MLK were murdered.
