you do not have to be"pretty"

but you DO need to write your own way home

or we will not believe you-not a word will be true

unless you include the anger and the fears

jealousies and insecurities that rattle your cages 

and make "writing" the soundtrack of our real lives

Speak your truth first-say it loud and clear

to anyone or anything near.Write only if you must

Truth has a high cost-commitment comes

when you release ALL your dragons at once

and ,feeling free once more
