Married with five children total
(second marriage for both-five years together
Rarely time between work and kids
so tonight is beer and margueritas at County Line
as their stories unfold like napkins-
seems this recession is Ethiopian dieting financially
Economy sluggish-things moving slowly
Houses must still be sold/but they both realize
the bond is closer in harder times
They are close friends-this is their life
as they slip with smiles back
to their home in the valley for a privacy night
One remembers Cafe Mundi/another Nueva Onda
So glad we are not an axe or chain murderer!
